Welcoming Our New Resident
Dr. Nic
Periodontal Health Associates is pleased to welcome Dr. Nic to our team as a resident in collaboration with Jacksonville University’s Oral Implantology Program. Dr. Nic will be with our practice from August 2026 through August 2028, working closely under the supervision of our doctors to expand his expertise in implantology and advanced surgical care.
Dr. Nic is already a licensed general dentist with clinical experience providing comprehensive dental care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Creighton University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Northern Arizona University. His background includes restorative dentistry, extractions, implant planning, bone grafting, and digital dentistry, making him a strong addition to our clinical team.
He is joining our practice to further broaden his knowledge and skills in implantology through advanced training and hands-on experience in a specialty setting.
Dr. Nic will provide care on the following schedule:
- Tuesdays: Restorative services
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: Surgical and periodontal services
All treatment performed by Dr. Nic will be completed under the supervision of our experienced doctors to ensure the highest standard of care.
As a general dentist completing advanced training in implantology, Dr. Nic provides periodontal and surgical services under the close supervision of our periodontal specialists, Dr. Yailin Diaz Pichardo and Dr. Ryan Anderson.
Fees for certain services provided by Dr. Nic may be lower than those associated with treatment provided by a periodontal specialist. Treatment recommendations and costs vary based on each patient’s individual needs, and our team will provide a personalized treatment estimate following evaluation.
Dr. Nic also provides restorative dental services for patients who wish to complete both their surgical and restorative care within our practice, allowing for greater continuity throughout their treatment.
